Setup GAL for multiple domains

By default, the GAL only show address of the same domain as the logged in user.

To make the GAL show address in all domains, run this:

zmprov modifyConfig zimbraGalInternalSearchBase ROOT
zmprov modifyConfig zimbraGalSyncInternalSearchBase ROOT
