Use VNC as the VM console

Add these to the .vmx config file:

remotedisplay.vnc.port = "5900″
remotedisplay.vnc.enabled = "true"
remotedisplay.vnc.password = "topsecret"

Use different port number for each VM. Example: 5901, 5902, …
